My Parents (pages\u00a04 & 5)<\/h2>\n

\u00a0<\/h2>\n

This lesson we are going to be writing about each of our parents.\u00a0 Use hidden journaling if you have too much information or information that is too sensitive to just put directly onto your page.\u00a0 Use what photographs you have, and if you are lucky enough to still have your parents with you take some photographs to include as well.\u00a0 Include as much data as you can.\u00a0 You can choose which parent is on page 4 and which parent is on page 5.\u00a0 If you don’t know about one of your parents write about this and how it has affected you.\u00a0 If you don’t have a photo of one of your parents write why and try to include more journaling to compensate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you feel the need to do any of the single page themes as a double page, feel free as it is your book, but try not to exclude any pages as all of the parts make the whole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are doing the Book of Me for the prize at the end, or would like to, go here<\/span><\/strong><\/a> for all of the rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tips and Hints for completing your book:<\/span><\/strong>
\n* Keep collecting\/copying every photograph with you in it
\n* Don\u2019t have any or many photographs of yourself\u2026.Take some! Take lots!
\n* Get a notebook or cheap exercise book and write down anything about yourself as it comes to you
\n* Use stuff you love (scrapbooking supplies)
\n* This is a good opportunity to use up your stash
\n* You could use your favourite colour scheme
\n* Try something different or experiment on every page and use this as a way to build your scrapbooking techniques
\n* Use your own handwriting as much as possible
\n* Scraplift\u00a0if you want to
\n* Be honest
\n* Use your own style of scrapbooking or try something a bit different
\n* Do the pages as simple or as elaborate as you choose
\n* Use hidden journaling to conceal sensitive or personal information <\/span><\/p>\n

REMEMBER: This is your book about yourself and that means you get to do it how you want!<\/span><\/p>\n
