Vital Statistics<\/span><\/strong>
\nTake a photograph now and have it printed to use on this page
\nUse your own name or initials as a title or the word \u201cMe\u201d
\nInclude the date of the photograph
\nInclude the following statistics:<\/span>
\nName
\nAge
\nHair colour and length
\nEye colour
\nHeight
\nWeight
\nDress size
\nStar sign
\nA couple of emotions or feelings that are relevant right now
\nAny other statistics that you feel are important and to the point

\nAnswer the questionnaire (which is here<\/a>) truthfully

Tips and Hints for completing your book:
\n<\/span><\/strong>* I would recommend that you use a 9×9, 8×8 or 8.5×8.5 album, although if you intend on using multiple photographs and lots of embellishments on every page 12×12 would be more suitable<\/p>\n

* Start collecting\/copying every photograph with you in it.
\n* Don\u2019t have any or many photographs of yourself\u2026.Take some! Take lots!
\n* Get a notebook or cheap exercise book and write down anything about yourself as it comes to you
\n* Use stuff you love (scrapbooking supplies)
\n* This is a good opportunity to use up your stash
\n* You could use your favourite colour scheme
\n* Try something different on every page
\n* Experiment on every page
\n* Use your own handwriting
\n* Scraplift if all if you want
\n* Be honest
\n* Use your own style of scrapbooking or try something a bit different
\n* Do the pages as simple or as elaborate as you choose
\n* Use hidden journaling to conceal sensitive or personal information<\/p>\n
